●Floor: From 1st (ground) floor to 1st floor.
●Conditions:
* Minivan can park close to building entrance.
* Customer to place gods near apartment entrance
* Customer to pack goods for transport.
●Additional charges:
\1,000 per extra 5 km.
\1,000 per floor higher than 1st (ground), unless an elevator can be used.
(Applies to both old and new addresses )
★Cancellation fee :
Up to 2 days before scheduled date, full fee will be charged. Between 2 days and
1 week before, 50% of fee will be charged. Over 1 week before, no charge.

●Conditions :
* Truck can park close to building entrance.
* Customer to pack goods for transport
●Additional fee:
Note that for apartments on higher floors, we may need to bring extra staff,
at 15,000yen per head.
★Cancellation fee :
Up to 2 days before scheduled date, full fee will be charged. Between 2 days and
1 week before, 50% of fee will be charged. Over 1 week before, no charge.

●This comprises our Family Plan, with a comprehensive packing service included. Packing will be done
by our staff the previous day. Note that unpacking will be done by the customer.
