* Up to 350 kg
* Up to 25 km one way
* From building entrance to building entrance.
* Total Loading / Unloading / Waiting time up to 15 minutes at both origin and destination.
●Additional fees:
* 500yen for each extra 15 minutes loading / unloading / waiting time.
* Expressway tolls. For trips where the return distance is more than 100 km, tolls will be charged for the outward and return journeys.
* Multiple destinations. An extra 500yen will be charge for each extra loading / unloading destination
●Cancellation fee : Up to 2 days before scheduled date, full fee will be charged. Between 2 days and 1 week before,
50% of fee will be charged. Over 1 week before, no charge.
